According to the Korea-Singapore Travel Safety Zone (VTL), which will be in effect from November 15, 2021,
From November 8, the Korea-Singapore Visa Waiver Agreement and Singaporean nationals" K-ETA applications will resume.

o K-ETA application period for Singapore citizens: 11.8. 2021 (00:00 Korean time) ~

o VTL does not apply to Singapore nationals holding K-ETA who enter the country before VTL enforcement.
※ Korea-Singapore VTL implementation period: 2021.11.15.~
