If someone else"s card is stolen and illegal payment is made, criminal charges are 

automatically filed after looking up the IP and payment information of the applicant in 

accordance with Korean law.

Please note that you may be punished.

However, children or students can pay with their parent"s card.

In addition, please note that information requested by fraudulent payment will result in cancellation of approval of the KETA permit and disadvantages upon entry into the Republic of Korea.
